Otherwise known as “Parents Night Out”! Drop off your kids for an evening of fun in the gym. They will get to experience all that the gym has to offer. KNO is 3.5 hours of organized gym fun & includes the obstacle inflatable, tumble trak, rock wall, zip line & glow party!
Gymnastics evet time includes vault, bars, beam & floor.
